WEATHER ALERT: School closed Wednesday, March 5, 2025, due to winter storm

With a significant winter storm and blizzard conditions in the forecast, Robbinsdale Area Schools will be closed on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. This includes all schools and programs, and no e-learning will take place.

The closure also applies to Early Adventures, Adventure Club, and The Basement before- and after-school childcare, as well as all Early Learning programming, including ECFE, ECSE, and preschool programs. Additionally, all Community Education classes, Adult Academic Program courses, and facility rentals are canceled for the day.

All after-school and evening activities, athletics, and fine arts events are also canceled—with the exception of section and state tournament preparations. Coaches will reach out directly with any updates for impacted students and families.

Staff information: Members of cabinet, principals, kitchen managers, custodial, maintenance and grounds staff are expected to report to your buildings. Directors, program assistants, teachers, education assistants, office employees, Robbinsdale Equity Allies and all other nutrition services staff do not report. Staff should consult their contracts for specific details.
