Voters have re-elected incumbents Helen Bassett and Greta Evans-Becker and elected Aviva Hillenbrand to the Robbinsdale Area Schools Board.
Seven candidates ran for the three seats on the board, which carry four-year terms. Barbara Breher, Deborah Campion, Aileen White, and Kenneth Wutoh were the other candidates on the ballot.
The unofficial results (top three elected):
- Greta Evans-Becker – Total Votes: 18,004 (20.10%)
- Helen Bassett – Total Votes: 14,530 (16.22%)
- Aviva Hillenbrand – Total Votes: 12,841 (14.33%)
- Kenneth Wutoh – Total Votes: 12,826 (14.33%)
- Aileen White – Total Votes: 12,535 (13.99%)
- Deborah Campion – Total Votes: 9,226 (10.30%)
- Barbara Breher – Total Votes: 9,062 (10.11%)
Current School Board Treasurer John Vento was the only incumbent not to seek re-election.
Each of the newly elected board members will assume their duties in January 2025, with their terms extending through 2028. They will be formally sworn in during the first School Board meeting of the new year, set for Jan. 6, 2025.
